DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy
Castle respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its services to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Notice of Infringement
To file a DMCA notice, you must provide the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- A description of where the material you believe is infringing is located on Castle Services (e.g., URL).
- Your contact information, including your name, email address, and phone number.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the material is infringing your copyright.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate.
2. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice should include:
- Your contact information.
- A description of the material that was removed and the location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake.
- Your signature or the signature of an authorized person.
Castle will process your notice or counter-notice in accordance with the DMCA.
